Customer who wants to use our taxi booking apps and web online booking must register their name and address. Once registered straight away you can order and track your taxi.

Payment for Services corporate account holder:

A service charge will be added to all invoices which is 5% It is a condition of this agreement that invoices shall be paid in full within 30 days of issue thereof. Should any invoice not be paid within 30 days any outstanding invoices shall immediately become due and payable. (A Late payment fee is £5)

Invoice Limit:

At any time of opening the Customer’s account with the Company, the Company may set a limit on the total amount which may be outstanding as unpaid on such account at any one time. The company may in its discretion refuse to provide the Services in the event of this limit being exceeded.

Credit and Debit Card Booking Fee & Additional Charges:

The price provided to the Customer at the time of booking is based on the journey specified (Original Journey) by the Customer at the time of booking and such price will also include a booking fee where applicable in the event that a Customer intends to pay by credit or debit card. The Company reserves the right to charge the Customer for any additional costs which may be incurred by the Company as a result of any variation or deviation from the Original Journey specified at the time of booking.

Security Account Number:

The customer will be issued with a security account number which must be quoted on all bookings. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, the Company does not accept any responsibility whatsoever when security account numbers are used by unauthorised personnel and/or for unauthorised purposes.

Refund Policy, cancellations and bookings:

If you need to cancel your booking please contact New Taxis of Rugby as soon as possible. it is recommended phoning us on our contact number 01788 670062 and cancelling with the telephone staff.

All cancellations made before the booking time and prior to vehicle dispatch will not incur a charge.

As a general rule journeys from airports are dispatched up to two hours before flight arrival, journeys within the Rugby area; we provide a service to are normally dispatched up to twenty minutes before their due time. Cancellations made prior to the booking time, but after a vehicle has been dispatched, may be subject to a charge partial or full.

In the instance of a late cancellation fee being levied, invoices will be sent for cancellations of a booking that have not been pre-paid, These invoices must be paid within 30 days and any unpaid invoices will incur a minimum 5% charge of the original invoice amount. The time stipulated for payment shall be of the essence of the Agreement. Failure to pay within the period specified shall entitle us to write to you and upon the expiration of seven days notice, to charge you for costs and expenses incurred in recovering late payments, Refunds to credit / debit cards can only be refunded to the original card used within 30 days of the original booking date. Refunds made by cheque can only be made out to the customers' name that made the original booking. This will be posted to the customer within 30 days of the original booking date.


New Taxis of Rugby to cancel all services and provide upto 100% of the refunds (with in 30 days of the original booking date), in the event of circumstances beyond our control. If a car breaks down during the journey, New Taxis of Rugby will provide an alternative with a practical time allowance.


No refunds will be given for journeys terminated part way through the hire, full fare will be due to the driver and/or invoice issued if the journey is not pre-paid.
